Compliance as a starting point, not an end point.

We analyse websites, portals and digital applications to assess their actual level of accessibility and precisely identify the barriers that prevent users with visual, motor, cognitive or hearing impairments from using them. Our audit process combines automated checks with manual testing, including sessions using assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Upon completion, we produce a detailed report listing the non-conformities identified, their severity, and a concrete and actionable roadmap for prioritising corrective action. We also assist in drafting the Accessibility Statement required by Italian and European legislation (the Stanca Law, EU Directive 2016/2102 and WCAG 2.1), transforming a regulatory obligation into a starting point for continuous improvement.

Inclusive design as a design choice.

We design accessible interfaces right from the first wireframe, integrating the principles of inclusive design into every stage of the creative process, not as a constraint, but as a quality criterion. We work on clear visual hierarchy, colour contrast ratios compliant with WCAG standards, legible and scalable typography, adequate spacing, and interactive components that are fully keyboard-navigable and compatible with the main screen readers. Every interface pattern is evaluated against the four dimensions of accessibility: perception, operability, understandability and robustness. Accessibility is not a layer added at the end of the project: it is an integral part of the design system, and is evident in the consistency, simplicity and resulting experience for all users.

The right words to reach everyone.

We write and structure digital content designed to be understood and enjoyed by everyone, regardless of how they access it. We apply the principles of clear and simple language, ensure the text hierarchy works for those using screen readers, and produce descriptive and contextual alt text for every significant image. For video and audio content, we manage subtitles, transcripts and audio descriptions, ensuring that no information is conveyed exclusively through visual or audio means. But content accessibility doesn’t end with publication: we transfer lasting skills and maintain standards over time, making inclusive production part of the daily routine.
