Emil Banca chose VENTISETTE to conceive and design a digital signage system intended not merely as a promotional space, but as a genuine service for customers in the branches. We began – with the invaluable support of Emil Banca’s communications team – by defining an editorial approach consistent with the Bank’s role in the local community, so as to transform the screens located inside and outside the branches into touchpoints capable of informing, guiding and facilitating dialogue with all stakeholders, enhancing the waiting experience rather than filling it with advertising messages.
We therefore developed a structured method to create a content schedule: content organised into thematic clusters, differentiated between indoor and outdoor screens, and distributed across modular editorial playlists throughout the year. This approach will allow messages to be adapted to the actual context of the branches, maintaining a balance between values, service and commercial offerings, and ensuring consistency across the entire network. The result? A controlled and scalable channel, where every piece of content has a clear objective and concrete value for the viewer, transforming the monitors from occasional noticeboards into the Bank’s official media.

Emil Banca, with 130 years of history and over 56,000 members, has always been closely involved with local communities and the economic and social fabric of the Emilia region, and beyond. Part of the Bcc Iccrea Group, it is a cooperative bank with 98 branches in the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia and Mantua, where it reinvests the funds it raises through real finance, serving the public and acting as a genuine driver of development for businesses and associations.
