System Logistics is a global leader in innovative intralogistics and material handling solutions for optimising the supply chain within warehouses, distribution centres and production facilities worldwide.
In recent years, System Logistics’ operations have evolved very rapidly. We know that managing a flexible organisation requires equally flexible skills and tools.
‘Shape your future’, System Logistics’ new Career Framework, has been created to meet this need. It provides an effective model for shaping your future within the company.
Concept
The concept of “Shape your future” contains an element of a “call to action” – an invitation to take an active role in shaping one’s own career rather than waiting for things to happen.
The tagline clarifies the context within which the action required of the employee can be carried out, suggesting that the company does not leave them to their own devices, but supports them on this journey by providing tools to aid their professional development.
The project’s logo consists of three intertwined shapes representing the past, present and future: the past shapes the present, and it is through the present – that is, an active and genuine willingness to get involved – that we can shape our future.
