Agristore caters to very different customers, from the hobbyist who takes care of his garden in his spare time and wants easy and intuitive solutions, to the company that chooses it for the completeness and variety of the offer.
Thanks to the integration of e-commerce and physical stores, Agristore is able to offer each of them a satisfying shopping experience, which can take place in store or on the newly revamped site, from computer or mobile.

VENTISETTE Digital created a video to show the 3 different types of Agristore buyer personas and their respective 3 different shopping experiences, showing how Agristore is the ideal solution for each need.
Each shopping experience highlights one or more pluses of the service. The video, also made to be played in a trade show context and therefore without audio, was designed to present the main information conveyed with engaging animations and messages offered in graphics.

SUNDAY GARDENERS

The first Shopping Experience features a grandfather and his grandson engaged in Sunday gardening.
The B2C customer is the focus and we see him shopping from the comfort of a smartphone.

Chiara, 34 years old

COMMERCIAL, HAPPILY DEMANDING

The second Shopping Experience is dedicated to B2B and features Chiara, an employee at an Agristore customer, engaged in a search for a specific product for her company.

FARMER BY PASSION AND PROFESSION

The third Shopping Experience is dedicated not to buying, but to one of the flagships of Agristore stores: after-sales advice and the workshop always available for repairs.
