New studio Maltha Design, a creative hub of design and resale of tiles with refined aesthetics, after entrusting the creation of its Brand identity and e-commerce site to Ventisette Digital Communication, also chose the agency for the creation of its social presence.

Ventisette Digital, after conducting a thorough analysis of competitors & comparable, as well as the target market and business, created an ad hoc social media strategy for the client, aimed at achieving the shared goals.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

Starting from the Client’s objectives and the analysis carried out, we structured a multichannel social media marketing strategy capable of powerfully telling the story of Maltha’s brand identity, channeling its sales power from e commerce to social networks and bringing it closer to the end user, thus reducing the distance that still marks the ceramic sector in Italy.

Content & Visual Strategy

Maltha Design enters the market characterizing itself by top-of-the-line products, impactful visual identity and a warm ToV. All this, added to the incredible potential of the online shop, drove the creation of a content & visual strategy that would accompany the client in its growth with consistent and innovative storytelling.

Twenty-seven Digital translated the strategy into careful editorial planning on Facebook and Instagram, with extensive use of quality photos, constantly updated formats and features based on the latest news being rolled out, and a fresh, clear and fast-paced storytelling approach.

Social Selling

In accordance with the client’s objectives and pandering to the latest social selling trends, Ventisette Digital reinforced the speed and pleasantness of the shopping experience that distinguishes Maltha Design’s online shop by implementing the shop on both Facebook and Instagram.
Being able to rely on the agency’s presence of both an experienced programmer and a social media strategist, the creation of the catalog and the shops themselves proved to be fast and immediately capable of producing rewarding results.
Visually, the Instagram shop replicates the aesthetic of malthadesign.it, reinforcing its brand identity, making the transition from social networks to the site smoother, and enhancing its visual identity.

Social Media ADV

Starting with the client’s strategic goals and indicated budget, we developed a six-month campaign funnel that would support the launch and then the growth of the brand, with a focus on the step related to conversion and quick purchase.
For each step (TOFU-MOFU-BOFU) dedicated budget, content and kpi were developed.
Thanks to the implementation of Maltha’s Social Shops, the results immediately exceeded expectations, overcoming resistance to online buying in the ceramic field.
