For this reason last weekend we moved to the wonderful Umbria region, near Città della Pieve, for a three-day session of reflection and team building on where we want to go in the near future.
More than 10 years have now passed since our founding, and it has become important to try to structure our people’s path even better, trying to listen to their needs and place them within clear career plans structured around objectives, in order to look together, with renewed enthusiasm, towards the agency’s next decade.
Together with our families, we spent wonderful days, helped also by one of the most underrated regions in Italy in terms of the beauty and richness of its land, understanding once again the importance of being a Group even before being colleagues.
