Founded in 2011, CX Campus & Hotel — a hybrid operation working in the hybrid hospitality sector with a network of 10 properties in Italy (Rome, Milan, Turin, Florence, Venice, Trieste, Bari and Chieti) — will arrive in Modena in October.

With the arrival of autumn, CX will in fact open a new property in our city, offering flexible solutions for long and short stays, with spaces designed for students, young professionals and travellers and a single great vision: to revolutionise the student-campus offering in Italy, drawing inspiration from the most advanced Nordic and Anglo-Saxon campus models, rethought in an eco-sustainable, smart key for today’s interconnected world.

The property will also be born at the heart of an important urban regeneration operation: the former Corni industrial area, north of the railway belt, now transformed into a new vital, accessible and sustainable space for the city of Modena.

A campus designed to become part of the city’s daily life, offering a new urban landmark where people can live, study, relax and create connections.

CX has entrusted VENTISETTE with the design and planning of the offline communication and a guerrilla marketing plan across Modena, with the aim of consolidating the positioning and amplifying awareness of the client ahead of the October opening.
