We have just turned 10 and here we are, already ready for a new important step towards the future of our agency. It is with great pleasure, in fact, that we announce the transformation of our company into a Benefit Corporation. This definition refers to organisations that commit to improving and certifying their positive impact on the environment, people and communities.

An even more conscious stance, compared with what we have already done over the last few years, that aims to go beyond the mere logic of profit. To move instead in the direction of a fair and sustainable socio-economic model, that creates and redistributes value among all our stakeholders.

Benefit Corporation: how will we pursue this goal?

Through 4 specific activities that we will carry out over the coming years.

1) Increasing our commitment to active citizenship in the local area. That is, by promoting initiatives and projects linked to cultural and artistic promotion, to raising awareness of the values of civic engagement, inclusion and socialisation, and to awareness of the environmental impact of human activities.

2) Creating and maintaining a positive working environment. That is to say, a climate that values people and their well-being, stimulating and rewarding their creative thinking, encouraging solutions for the best integration between personal and working life, and guaranteeing continuous, up-to-date professional training.

3) Strongly supporting the choice to convey, in our communication projects, messages that promote a positive social and environmental impact.

4) Spreading, raising awareness of and putting into practice the culture of sustainability, through proprietary and third-party communication channels.

VENTISETTE Digital has always had these values in its DNA. Now, as a Benefit Corporation, we think it’s the right time to start putting them down in black and white, including for those who don’t know us. And even to transform them, why not, into a flywheel to feed and develop our network of Partners and Clients. As well as considering it a fundamental milestone towards the goal of BCorp certification that we would like to reach in the coming years.
