Opocrin Group, a leader in the Italian pharmaceutical sector, began a few months ago (under the guidance of KPMG Italy) a structured path to integrate principles of environmental sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance into its daily operations.
But how do you create a shared corporate culture around these issues?
It is to answer this question that Opocrin Group asked VENTISETTE Digital to develop a complex Internal Branding strategy for the medium/long term, so as to communicate to its people scattered all over the world the path and the actions the Group will undertake in the ESG field in the near future.
This process, guided by the consultancy of KPMG Italy, will see VENTISETTE Digital working to translate the complex ESG strategies and activities into immediate, simple concepts that can be understood by the entire internal population of Opocrin Group.
The goal of the Internal Branding activity will be precisely to begin to create a shared corporate culture around the themes of environmental sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance.
VENTISETTE Digital has planned to roll out various steps and communication activities, on digital channels and across the company’s plants, to ensure that every person in the Group easily understands and identifies with the path that the Group will carry forward in the coming years, contributing to the formation of that identity and shared vision which today represent one of the main assets for attracting valuable human resources.
Finally, this integrated approach will ensure even greater transparency and engagement towards internal stakeholders, representing an important step towards building an even more responsible and innovative company.
