VENTISETTE Digital draws on years of experience in internal branding by starting a new collaboration with The Way Onwards, an HR consultancy specialising in organisational strategy, cultural development and change management, to bring together HR consultancy and strategic communication.

Thus is born People Branding, an integrated approach that will allow companies to read themselves, develop their people and make their identity visible, credible and shared. Through this approach, our goal is to win one of the most complex and competitive challenges of our time.
